Pre-treatment

Avoid blood thinners, alcohol, and anti-inflammatory medications 48 hours before your appointment.

Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup.

Schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks before any important events or vacations.

Post-treatment

Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, and alcohol for 24–48 hours.

Sleep elevated for the first few nights to minimize swelling.

Apply ice as needed to reduce swelling and bruising.

Avoid touching or massaging the treated area unless instructed.
